Then I got the Norton and replaced the McAfee and what a difference. found and more importantly fixed a Trojan worm that trend micro could not. only issue is it really slows my computer (Pentium 4 2.6 GHz, 1280 MB RAM, XP Home). Norton Internet Security 11 is the best product on the market IMO, it’s a must have to effectively & simply handle all of your computer’s security needs. I had the 2010 NIS and just upgraded to the new version, it’s great.

Man read my problem asked for permission to take control of my computer and then started trouble shooting. Could not find any problem so down-loaded and installed program from his site.
